This is the section in which you look criticallly at your experiment and say what was good and what could be improved.

You need to talk about how well you minimised errors and whether you can think of a way to do that even better!

You also need to say how well the experiment proved what you set out to do in the introduction.

Finally you need to suggest further work that could be carried out to make the conclusion more general.
